Contribuiți la feedbackRecently, I took my children to our youngest's favorite restaurant for lunch. Although there were plenty of available tables, each one was dirty and in need of cleaning. It was clear that the staff did not prioritize sanitation. Additionally, the children wanted ice, but as usual, the ice machine was out of order. Considering that this restaurant is one of the busiest in Manatee County, there is no excuse for these recurring issues. After experiencing these problems multiple times, I have decided not to return to this establishment.
The restaurant was good, but the service was slow. The cashier needs to improve their attitude, the food preparation was subpar, and it was very crowded. The presentation was unusual and there was a lack of condiments. It is disappointing because I used to enjoy McDonald's.
Christian, the manager, tried to solve the problem. I placed my order around 8:01 PM at one of the kiosks inside the restaurant. However, I did not receive my order until 8:40 PM. My order was not registered on the top screen, causing a problem with the computer system. The cashier only asked me for my order number and never returned with any information. I had to seek out the manager, who had to personally take care of my order. I was not offered any compensation for the time lost. This is not just bad food, it's disgraceful.
For the 2nd half of our order waiting outside on the parking lot, 3 people came out and had no idea what we lost. we had to go to the lobby and give them our reception, then about 15 minutes later the manager comes after we call there and ask again what was missing because they can't find the reception.? it was crazy that I've never seen so unorganized mcdonalds, plus so many workers and so small customers, so what were they so busy? ugh
I do not suggest ordering through a food delivery app with this restaurant; the order will be inaccurate every time. The last seven times we have ordered over the past month, every single one had an issue. Today: the only item from the happy meal is the milk, we were missing an apple fritter, a large fry, a quarter pounder, and all the sauces. The receipt is shown just to show they cannot get their things together. If a manager is reading this, and hopefully they do, fire everyone. When people pay twice the price to get a delivery you should take twice the time to ensure it is right as a customer cannot check their bag and say I missing something like every person does after they leave your drive-through or your counter when they go inside. Every time I go to your actual location I am one of those customers as well.
