I had some really delicious BBQ wings and loaded nachos (without jalapeños for those who are sensitive to spice). The service was great overall. The only issue I encountered was during lunch when some customers seemed a bit too interested in me rather than the food, as I am a woman. However, a staff member addressed the situation by asking the man to be respectful to the other guests.

Everyone is familiar with Hooters, but during my visit, Briana was incredibly busy and overwhelmed. As a server myself, I could see how hard she was working. I tried to help her out however I could, and she was so kind and appreciative. Her positive attitude made the experience really enjoyable, and I would definitely go back just to say hello and reconnect with her! It was a pleasure to serve alongside her.

Awful experience! Why serve food that has been precooked and left to sit? If I'm paying for a meal, it should be freshly prepared. If the kitchen has excess, that's their issue, not the customer's. They should just discard it and prepare a new meal.

I frequently visit this Hooters location, but my experience last night, as well as a week ago, highlighted a significant decline in customer service and the quality of the food being served hot. As a chef, I don't want to hear an excuse for why my wings weren't hot—the sauce they were tossed in was cold, and my Texas dry-rubbed wings were also served chilly. To make matters worse, the manager seemed indifferent; I waited 45 minutes for my food only to be served cold dishes. When I expressed my disappointment, the manager took the check from me and only offered a $10 discount on my $22 plate of cold wings. This poor handling of customer dissatisfaction will drive away regular patrons.
