Eat Organico - Bradenton

This was our second time; the first was surprisingly Amazing. We almost walked out the first time; the Ambiance and decor was equivalent to a cafeteria. Tjmaxx quality signs about farm to table a tv an unused banquet that we sat adjacent to... lighting too bright. All that aside, the food was magic: fresh bread with an interesting garbanzo pesto, phenomenal lasagna w/homemade noodles, a Chianti (only description that was more than worth the price, a homemade dessert Tray with lemoncello cake that was light and just bitter enough. Service was awkward but sweet and concerned. There were only 3 tables in the time between 6 9. It was definitely overpriced even though the ingredients were high quality. This last time it was a textbook example of a restaurant on the verge of closing. No lasagna, bread stale, no limoncello cake, uptight , anxious staff, a lot of hand wringing around a stack of paper (bills? by an angry man periodically stood the bar out of the Chianti served a “better” one for same price which was beyond the pale. Was rooting for them but won’t be back.

Service very slow. Bread on table was VERY stale. Entree arrived 30 minutes after ordering and was cold. Did not enjoy experience.

It was ok! The wine list isn’t exciting Soup/ pastas/ chicken/ all very bland. We had such high hopes but left disappointed

Outstanding farm to table Italian food. I highly recommend. Try gnocchi, pasta fagioli, ravioli and veal piccata! Dessert was also great.

The chef personally came out to greet us and even persuaded me to try “crudo,” a type of Italian sushi that I usually avoid. To my surprise, it was spectacular! I never anticipated experiencing a culinary delight worthy of five stars or even a Michelin star. Thanks to my work, I've had the chance to travel to Italy frequently, so I know authentic Italian cuisine when I taste it. Chef Tabbarano has really created something special here. We ended our meal with a tiramisu dessert, which I highly recommend! You have to try this place; it will blow you away!
