They do not use fresh food, very cafeteria like food. My experience with picking up my food was not great, poor customer service.

Very good place to eat. They flame broil the chicken. It's very rare in Florida.Good salad's, too.

We look forward to Basil 's everything we come to town. We decided to order ahead on the app. My husband showed up to pick up our order. The man behind the counter said, It is right here. He then preceded to wait on seven walk-ins ahead of him. Not cool. Beware with online orders.

Food was delicious and authentic. Loved the ribs and Mac and cheese. Would definitely recommend

It is the best food. Grew up going here and still drive 13 hours to go at least 2 times in a weekend best flame broiled chicken best pitas. Best gyros 32 years of eating here the families that run this place are like family to me. Planning a trip soon.
