Starbucks - Bountiful

This sbux is the best by far! they always make me feel at home, pay attention to my beverage modifications... I am SUPER special! my day starts in the rule at this sbux, they put the ton for my whole day, so from a former sbux barista/sup to all the now sbux superstars in this load. Thanks for rocking the Bar/Sbux experience I appreciate them! *shout after kubra gabriel forever to welcome their customers with names, the special small details to remember, they are both the best

Pretty decent location staff are friendly and the drinks were good. The location in itself is a pain to get out of the parking lot with traffic though.

Pros The cookie that is in this picture was amazing. Cons If you notice the two employees are wearing their masks to cover their mouth but not their nose. I get it. But if you're not going to wear a mask take it off if you are going to wear it wear it correctly.

Every time I go to this location I have to play the guessing game for food items. It's so annoying and I wish they would just tell you what is available instead of reading menu options just to be disappointed. It's probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks but the employees are nice. Whoever runs the inventory supply at the store is not ordering enough food and they run out every single day of most items. If the store is unable to get enough food from their supplier, then they should find a different supplier who can support the demand of this extremely popular store. They need to have an employee whose job is to track what food is available and make sure the employees at the registers have this information. Then they can just say we have x items are you interested in those? Also, the last couple times I have been at the store I have specifically ordered a cold brew with cold foam, and somehow they continue to get it wrong. Sometimes it's blended, sometimes there's no foam, but it always takes a second try.

I waited in line for 20 mins with my baby waiting 4 my coffee bc I was stuck in the non-moving line they weren't that nice no anything but full price.. and it tasted burt. I guess I'll try a new coffee shop.
