Prezzo - Boston

Took the grandchildren for lunch before returning to school. Restaurant was quiet so service wasn’t slow. Food was ok, most of us only had pizza. Drinks are expensive which is a shame when you have children with you. Staff seemed friendly enough but we didn’t really have much interaction with them other than to order food and pay.

Staff were unfriendly from the start with minimal interaction and taking ages to take order. Worst service I have ever had in a Prezzo and if the staff are as unhappy at work as they look then I’d recommend leaving!! Food was also below the standards normally seen in Prezzo so all round a bad experience

We visited today as a family of 4. Both of my children have additional needs but staff didn't bat an eyelid and even got them both chatting. What lovely, polite and friendly staff. Food was amazing, service great and atmosphere good. Can't fault it! We will be back soon

Really great time, family of 8, 4 adults, 3 big kids and a 2 year old. Food was delicious, tasty an hot. Servers were polite, friendly and professional. 10/10 for the whole experience. Thanks Prezzo’s we’ll be back.

We have been coming here for a number of years now and still really enjoy it. Victoria and her staff especially Darrius give excellent service. We always get a very warm welcome. The dishes are always tasty and well presented. So compliments to the chef. What can I say... just brilliant. Thank you.
