Lipari Pizza - Boronia

Lipari Pizza h as been in Boronia for decades. I used to go there as a kid. As my sister says, Lipari is the yardstick by which all other pizza places are measured. Believe me when I say that NO other pizza place cones close to Lipari. Last week my sister and I dropped by for dinner and though I have somefood issues, Lipari more than made-up for those with my pizza. Swapped-out dislikes for likes, no problems at all. The pizza was very well-presented, was hot and very tasty...so much so that we had two more this evening. THERE IS NO BETTER PIZZA PLACE THAN LIPARI's! If I didn't live over the other side of the country, I'd eat there all the time. Than kms, Lipari!

Used to be fantastic! Was the best pizza in town. Since new owners, they never get my order correct, always forget something or muck it up. Home delivered last week, driver left on front door didn’t knock or ring, I rang the restaurant 4 times to ask where pizza was as was taking nearly 2 hours, they swore it had been delivered. I went outside and found my pizza siting on ground cold! Had been there for over an hour and no one had let us know!

We were sent a text from Lipari, as we had ordered from them before on a number of occasions and been quite satisfied, suggesting ordering a takeout on a Friday night. My wife ordered a caesar salad that was listed in the link in the text as not having bacon as she is vegetarian. When the pizza arrived it was lathered in bacon, which is not the crime as mistakes happen. It is how you deal with the mistake that shows character. When my wife called to inform them and ask for it to be changed, and that she would drive down to change it, she was told the salad came with bacon and they would not be changing it. The cost of a caesar salad to make is insignificant, yet they have just lost a family for stubbornly refusing to fix a mistake that was clearly their fault, even if it was just one where their website was not correct. Whoever it was who answere our call needs a course in customer service. If you care to check our order we picked it up on Friday October 8th at 7:35pm.

Been going here for over 30 yrs and never disappointed, until last week !!! They have taken on Uber Eats, and the volume of pizzas that fly out the door is incredible to watch, but not to taste. Our pizza was oily and light on toppings, after watching people come in and order and take there pizza I asked how is my pizza going the response was its in the oven. I then watched them make it and cook it nearly 40min from entering to leaving Mmmmmm not the Lipari,s I knew and loved

What a nice surprise, on entering there is a rustic dining area with a bar behind the takeaway section. We had the parma and seafood basket. The meals are big and staff are friendly. If your after a feast you will enjoy it here. we will definatley go back to try the pizza and homemade pastas in the future.
