Dunkin' - Boronia Rd, Auburn

To the lady working at this kiosk on May 39th, 10:15am, you need to work on your customer service skills. I cannot believe the disrespect you showed me when I asked you a few questions about the menu. Just absolutely ridiculous I agree with these comments, the hiring staff must do better. Will be avoiding this Dunkin’ at all costs throughout my travels.

This Dunkin Donuts locations located on the second floor outside of baggage. Nothing fancy, just a place to buy some sandwiches and coffee.

This was the only shop that was opened when I was departing frm the airport. The food was fresh and customer service was good

Dirty Kiosk. Employees as slow as Sid the Sloth. Coffee smells burnt, tastes bitter, and to top it off, today they sold me a Life Wtr Bottle, which when I got to my gate I found out had already been opened. So are they refilling used water bottles and selling them? Disgusting.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been in Dulles for a week and by far this is the worst service I’ve received. The food case here is left wide open and filled with flies flying around and hanging out on the donuts and bagels etc. upon explaining to the staff member about the flies she had an attitude and was rude as if I was bothering her. Very unsafe and a huge health risk with flies just casually on the food that’s to be consumed by people
