Mary Co. - BORMIO

We had dinner twice at mary co in bormio and it was the best culinary experience we had in our multi-week trip in italy. the chef is an artist who was eating was absolutely perfection. and he has very generously restored several dishes for my man, who is allergic to weizen. he even said he would make him the next day without wheat flour his special bookwheat noodle recipe! the dining room is nice and quiet, good wine selection, desserts are also brilliant. we cannot say enough about this place, it is divine.

Cibo squisito, ambiente elegante e minimalista e padroni di casa appassionati e cordiali al massimo nel proprio lavoro. Un'esperienza grandiosa!

Chicca Bormina è stata una scoperta (purtroppo) di recente, finalmente qualcosa di diverso e innovativo rispetto alla sempre eccellente selezione di ristoranti tipici valtellinesi situati a Bormio. Mary (oste) e Marco (chef) sanno come accogliervi come se foste a casa, con cibo di alta qualità e una cantina molto ampia e ben fornita. Ci sono due proposte di menu: un gourmet con un prezzo di 30€ a piatto e un bistrot con un prezzo di 10€ a piatto, lasciandovi la libertà totale di mescolarvi tra le due proposte. Raccomandato!

Just a fantastic place, exceptional freshly cooked food, excellent wines (and advice), friendly service in English ... We were for one hour the only guests, and later in the evening, 2 more tables were occupied. Service with us was timely, but we can imagine that there is waiting time increases (as other reviewers experienced) when it is more busy

The diner was fantastic. Delicious food in a very nice restaurant. The hosts are amazing and very kind. Absolute must to come to this place!
