On the second order, I received a lack of stock for a product, while it was delivered to me. It was not included in the bill, I did not pay it. Being reasonable, I called and transferred the money for this product (it was not a small sum and errors occur in a business). The girls in the call center are very nice and for my act they offered me a discount that I used for the third order. I recommend this company! Deși sunt multe recenzii negative, până acum nu am avut probleme: produsele sunt originale, la un preț bun și de înaltă calitate, chiar daca livrarea este mai îndelungată. La a doua comanda am primit lipsa stoc la un produs, deși el mi-a fost livrat. En faitura el nu era inclus, nu achitasem pentru el. Fiind cu bun simt am telefonat și le-am transferat banii pentru acel produs (nu era o sumă mică și erori se întâmplă în orice companie). Fetițele de la Call Centru sunt foarte amabile și pentru fapta mea mi-au oferit un discount pe care l-am folosit la a treia comanda. Recomand aceasta companie! Sunt foarte bravo și se gândesc la binele clienților.

Au mai făcut actualizări la knowul lor și se simte că lucrează mai bine! Mă bucur mult să observ schimbările astea bune! În magazin când mi-am ridicat comanda mi-a plăcut mult fata care ma deservit. Foarte amabilă, Prietenoasă și cu o atitudine profesională de nivel! Las o recomandare bună, de încredere și cât se poate de sinceră. Sunt bravi și se merită de procurat de la ei. Au preturi bune și stoc de produse mare (mă refer la cărți)!
