Le Provencal - Bordeaux

It's a good hotel. The facilities are modest but welcoming. The service is fast and friendly. Prices are moderate. It is accessible for reduced mobility. There are enough parking spaces.

We stayed for two days and it was comfortable. The room and WC were clean and they cleaned the rooms when requested. Also, they let us use the cafeteria downstairs for free during the stay.

Soirée au restaurant La Belle Époque. Les plats étaient délicieux et le service était exceptionnel. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité des plats proposés. Le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant pour une soirée réussie à Bordeaux.

Séjour d’une nuit ce week end. Bon ressenti dans son ensemble avec un bon petit déjeuner. Seul bémol et pas des moindres, la poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée avant notre arrivée et la douche non nettoyée au niveau des murs .. Dommage …

A "suite" makes it a room of 20m2! This is not a suite. There's deceit in the end. The bedding is good USB sockets to recharge the laptops everywhere. Good idea. Problem, none works. A coffee maker in the room. But it is nescafé that is available! The bathroom, Italian shower. Very low lighting, only one in three works! No soap. A towel for two people! Breakfast. Correct. For a hotel that sells comfort, it is missed. No security instructions posted in the room, yet mandatory. The price, high for the entire benefit.
