Gyoza Factory - Bordeaux

YES!! This place is it hand made fresh dumplings, rice & a refreshing salad!! Fred hit the nail on the head! Such a great place, small and charming

I just had six standard Gyoza and they were brought ready made from a fridge and took little time to prepare. My six came with a lot of soya sauce and a mini Carambar. They were tasty enough but not well sealed. At €6.50 for the six they seem a bit expensive. €8 would have got me salad and a drink as well.

I tried the lunch menu 8€ which includes 6 gyoza, a salade and a drinck and I have to say that it was soso. They offer 3 or 4 different tastes of gyoza but since it was my first time I went for the tranditionnel which is pork and cabbage. The wrappers are for sure frozon and machine made which are a little of dried. The gyozas come up with a little bit of open on the top so the filling are dried too. The salade is really poor.....

Store was bout to close but owner accommodated us and prepared our order and let us ate in the store beyond his store hors. Really different flavoors from salmon, pork, etc. Owner was very nice.

The gyozas were missing a kitchen hair, but the Riz was a murder! The sauce was good. The gentleman was great, he served me with sympathy and humor. To remove it was cool.
