I've eaten here a number of times over the past 5 or 6 years and NEVER been disappointed with the food or service. You don't come here for atmosphere. This is good solid working man and family fare with reasonable prices and generous portions. Today, I had the catfish. I have to say, I have almost never had better in my life of 7 decades including catfish I caught on my own docks and cooked at my old home along the banks of the NE Cape Fear River. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her flounder, too. They really know the importance of fresh and very hot oil to fry in. Wow! I got started before I thought about a better photo.
