At Gideon Ridge - Lenoir

Dinner was an extraordinary experience. The chef was personally involved in our selections, and was most gracious and helpful. The food, from mushroom fondue to Halibut to peach cobbler was different and delicious!! Great staff and setting. A must for excellent dining in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina!

A singular experience. My wife and I were guests at the inn this spring and enoyed a most memorable dinner at the resturant. The setting is.. well, you should really experience it for yourself. The resturant sits atop the eastern continental divide and the many windows give incredible views over the ridges and down to the piedmont to the east. We began with coctails in the library by the fire and were then ushered to our table which was also fireside. The staff and service are amazing. The knew what we wanted before we did. The food was equally incredible. This was our second trip to the Inn and we cannot wait to return.

Fine dining at it?s best!!! My husband and I had such a wonderful experience. Very romantic setting with the most beautiful views. The three courses served were heavenly. So much detail given to presentation and selection pairing. The wait staff was exceptional. A special thank you to Toni. You are awesome!!! Sweet kisses to my love for such an amazing night??
