River Street Ale House - Boone

Great food and environment. The cheddar bacon fries and Sriracha wings were really good. My wife had the Bourbon taste. Try the green tea shots. Pretty smooth. Not too bad prices. High seat in the bar seat.

We originally were going to have dinner across the street but decided to stop here instead. It was nice and quiet for a rainy Monday night. Our server Alisson was bubbly and friendly. We saw from the board at the bar that they had 3 dollar margaritas and 2 dollar tacos. We ordered a pomegranate and raspberry margarita. We also had loaded pub chips for an appetizer. The chips were good but could have used a little seasoning. The tacos! I had a fish taco, a pulled pork taco and a chicken taco. The pulled pork taco was soooo good!!!! I also had sweet potato fries as a side and they were awesome. My husband had the Italian stallion sandwich and he loved it. Overall the food and drinks were great. My only complaint was our server was inattentive for the most part. She was talking to another girl at the bar and seemed to have forgotten to check on us a few times while we waited for drink refills and salt and pepper shakers.

Bartender excellent ! While she was taking care of her customers , she was cleaning shelf that has the liquor bottles on it as well as the bottles . Nice to see someone who can do their job and still yet make time to clean !! Yes I've been in the bizz for 40 years , comforting to see someone who not only cares about the customer , but also cares about their work areas and presentation !!! Impressed with the professional work level !!!!!

Amazing place, bartenders are always grinding. But Jess is number 1, she moves so incredibly fast and delivers perfect drinks. Will come back

The Ale House is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food, an impressive selection of beers, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a great spot to unwind. The prices are reasonable, and the food is consistently tasty. I've been a patron since their opening and have visited numerous times. One thing that hasn't changed is my strong recommendation that this place is a must-visit.
