The clam strip fries were quite good and fresh! However, I found the coleslaw to be overly vinegary and sour.

The Hilltop Burger is massive and absolutely delicious! My son really enjoyed the chicken tenders and they also loved the founder. Both the flounder plate and the chicken tender plate come with two sides, and the tater tots were fantastic!

Average at best. The quality of the food fluctuates significantly from one day to the next. While the service is friendly, it can be slow and at times unprofessional. We used to really enjoy this restaurant, but we can no longer rely on the consistency of the food.

Worse burgers in town and way over priced. For seafood try Mike 's Inland. For burgers go to cardinal or comeback shack. This place has gone down hill since Mike took over, and it wasn 't doing to great before then either. Once a decent greasy spoon.. I 'd say this is one of worst restaurant in Boone now. Stay away from the food truck too that 's associated with this place.

Owner and staff promote their politics over social media, and in the restaurant itself. The foods inconsistent and not that great, cookout has way better milkshakes.
