Domino's Pizza - Boone

They are dishonest! Every time I place an order, it takes 1.5 hours for delivery and I never receive the promised free pizza. Even when I pick up the order, I still don't get a free pizza after waiting for 30 minutes. However, the food is usually tasty.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. They are always friendly and willing to help. I thought I had placed an order online, but it didn't go through. When I told them, they quickly made my order and I am very thankful for their quick response. Their customer service is top-notch and hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work!

I went in to the restaurant to pick up a pizza, and I must say that I have changed my mind about my earlier review. They are overwhelmed with orders, so the fact that the pizza sometimes arrives late or slightly undercooked is understandable considering the chaos they deal with in a college town. I am adding 2 stars to my rating because the opening of Pizza Hut is a disaster.

Ordered a thin with no cheese cause that?s the only one that my daughter can have due to food allergies and added pineapple. My husband got back to our cabin 20 min away and it?s burn and there?s no pineapple. I called and they said they could replace itor credit a free pizza. Only problem is to get another one would be another 40 minutes minimum due to driving there and back.And the credit is useless cause we are only here on vacation and won?t be back to use it at the specific store. Kinda bummed butoh well.

Forget about getting a pizza here in person. I am retracting my previous review, as they are swamped with orders. The fact that it may come out late or slightly undercooked is understandable considering the chaos they endure most nights in a college town.
