Gloria Jeans Coffee - Bongaree

In my experience, the coffee was decent but nothing extraordinary. The side dishes, like cakes, were priced outrageously high. Additionally, the owner seemed grumpy and unwelcoming.

This restaurant is conveniently located inside a shopping center and is well-presented. They offer a good selection of food and coffee. The staff are well-presented and take good care of their customers.

The restaurant is dark, noisy and cluttered with chairs and tables. A limited range of food exists. Coffee was okay.

Asked the staff for menu said that they don't have a menu. Drinks are on the wall and good in the counter. So decided to have a chicken, cheese and avocado Turkish bread melt with the coffee which was advertised. Went to order it and was told we don't have that, I explained that is advertised on the board there. I was told quite rudely that all we have is those items in normal bread and she would toast it. So I had a toasted sandwich the staff member was not friendly all. Paid by eptos and it ran out of paper with only the first line on it, asked if needed a receipt - said yes for business purposes so gave me the one line receipt which was no purpose to me. Told her that was no good for a business purpose so she presses a button and gave me a docket from the cash register.The staff member was not friendly at all or have any customer service. What is the point of advertising products that you can't have. At least the toasted sandwich and coffee was quite nice.

If I could score this place a zero I would. This was by far the rudest service I had ever received in any establishment and by the franchisee owner too. No reason behind the bad service as it was neither busy nor understaffed. She ignored me for the 1st 2mins I stood at the counter then rudely asked what I wanted. When I enquired what teas she had she looked blankly at me. Then had to go and find out!?! She snapped at my daughter that she wasn't allowed a babycino as she was over 4. I will never come back to this place! Had I not been meeting friends (who already had their order I would have left immediately.
