Blue Anchorage - Bongaree

Had the most amazing shared seafood for 4 adults today, fantastic location.However the service was terrible, waited over an hour for our food, had to ask for cutlery, went and got a bottle of water from counter after waiting for 20mins. Staff very pleasant but need to be trained in good customer service.

Had the FOD, nice food,loved the tartar sauce,service was good. We had a nice Coffee and a Beer, the only disappointing thing was they did not offer a Glass with the beer.

We had a lunch there with our friends. They had run out of a lot of things on the menu. Service was slow and inattentive.

We eat out most Sunday mornings, I would say the location is awesome, the food was ok nothing spectacular, the service needs to be worked on one thing I hate is being seated at a table then having to go up to the counter to ask if I can place my order , then the waitress standing just looking into space , we were not offered cold water when seated even the table next to us had to get up and ask for water ! There are so many places doing Sunday breaky that as a business owner you need to be on your game to keep regular customers

We've had dinner at the Blue Anchorage twice since it changed to the new owners and every time the food has been of the highest standard, wonderful wine menu and great service. Last night, the Moreton Bay Bugs were absolute perfection!
