Despite the busy atmosphere, we had made a reservation and were seated promptly. The service was efficient, the pizzas delicious, and we enjoyed the salad bar which we could visit as many times as we liked. My grandson particularly enjoyed the experience, and we were able to take home the leftovers. The only downside was the high price, as we ended up spending almost £80 on 3 pizzas, salad, fries, mozzarella sticks, drinks, and dessert. However, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit every now and then for a change of pace and a special treat for children.
This restaurant is a joke and severely understaffed. We were seated promptly, but after waiting 20-25 minutes without anyone taking our drink or food orders, we decided to leave. Other customers who arrived after us were served before us. We missed out on spending £60-70 at this establishment. Needless to say, we will not be dining here again.
We ended up leaving without ordering because we were told that only card payments were accepted after we were seated at our table. Instead, we decided to go to our favorite local Chinese takeaway where we enjoyed delicious food and were able to pay in cash.
It was awful got shown to our table and told to use my phone to order, it was a nightmare sitting on my phone for 15 minutes with a 3 yr old trying to do an order instead of socialising with my family. Could only pay with card. Was told buffet wasn’t available as they had took it away even tho says until 3pm and it was 2.40 when we arrived. Pizza was ok but a bit pricey £31 for a large stuff crust pizza. No waiting on staff anymore was just a serve yourself restaurant very disappointed will never go to Pizza Hut again
Disorganised service, has to ask 3 times for child’s meal. Pizza was soggy, one over cooked. I thought the Warrington branch was poorly run. This is worse.
