Sentaku - BOLOGNA

Good place for a quick ramen stop. Being one of the few ramen bars in Bologna, they do their job and serve good quality bowls. However, I gotta say the soup wasn’t exceptionally tasty and rich of flavour, and the egg was quite salty. The noodles were well made tho. I went for the OG one as first try. Maybe in the future I’ll get a different opinion trying other soups.

This is one of the best Ramen in Bologna that you can find right now. The staff is really nice and the place has a really cool vibe from the interior design until the MUSIC. They usually serve special menu that is not written, so make sure to try it 'cause most of the times it 's really good. The price is quite acceptable, comparing to other Ramen place that charge higher with less quality.

First of all, Sentaku is the only ramen bar in town so there isn't much to compare it with. The service is fast, quite big portions and prices are correct. We tried Sentaku signature ramen, the most classic one: it was good and to most people, who have never tried a real Japanese ramen, it must taste delicious. However we went to Japan and tried several great ramens: the broth, the taste, the texture of noodles is still far from those super levels. Anyway, we would suggest giving it a try because it's valid and it let people understand what ramen should be (nothing like what you can find in a sushi restaurant).

Tutti i piatti sono molto buoni, e il personale è molto utile per chiarire che cosa è vegetariano / vegan e che cosa no. per veganizzare il ramen vegetariano basta rimuovere l'uovo. piatti vegetariani/vegan non sono un passo sotto quelli con carne, anzi, attualmente preferisco l'opzione vegetariana.

Accogliente, piccolo ma offre un'atmosfera più autentica di altri che si trovano in bologna. rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato, in media si spende su una ciotola di ramen che riesce a rovinare. raccomandato.
