Wendy's - Boise

I'm not sure if the stars aligned or if there's some kind of magic in the burger I had that day, but it was nothing short of incredible! Kudos to you all for making such a fantastic dish. Food: 5/5

Outstanding dining experience! This Wendy's is our favorite location in the Valley. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. The manager, Clint, along with the woman in glasses at the drive-thru and the entire staff, take great pride in their work, delivering an exceptional level of service. The facilities are new, clean, and inviting. Clint checked in on us throughout our meal and even remembered my name. The staff consistently met all our requests. We have been to high-end restaurants where we didn’t receive this level of service and care! Thank you, and we look forward to returning soon! (Shoutout to the team working at 3:45 PM on 7/1/23).

I'm really frustrated with this location. I don't often write negative reviews, but after more than five visits, the experience is consistently disappointing. The burgers are often burnt, the bacon is charred, the chicken nuggets are overcooked, and the buns are stale. It seems like everything that could go wrong does. I recommend driving to a different location instead.

Food was good just that next time I get a lemonade I will make sure to ask for super light ice 3/4 of my drink was ice, lemonade was tasty just wish it there was more

Congratulations Wendy's, you have forced me to write my first review ever! As a large local company in this area we spend a couple hundred dollars a month at this location. Every time I use the drive thru for two separate orders I am always told as long as its not over $20(which is a meal and a half these days). I went in there today for my team they said it again but their lobby was open. So I went into the lobby and now they wont take cash. So if its not a $20 limit, can't take a card or don't have buns which they are out of 70% of the time what else could it be! This location is the most miss managed fast food joint I've ever seen and for that we will taking our business elsewhere but If you like horrible food service maybe check them out you will probably get a kick out of it or leave mad like the rest of us!!
