Starbucks - Boise

This is my go to Starbucks while I am visiting and only come here because it's right down the street from the hotel I stay at. While I will say the employees are normally friendly they absolutely take forever to get your drinks or food. Today was a great example walked in the place is dead ordered 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Coffee order took 5 mins for 2 very simple drinks and then over 10 mins for the food. Still I will add again this place was dead and makes no sense. I will probably go back only on convenience...

Yep. Chain coffee. Pretty standard service. At least you can get a good cup o' joe!

Every time I have gone here this month, Ive ordered a sausage egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich, and for some reason I always end up with a bacon croissant sandwich thing. Like 6 times now. Getting ridiculous. I always go back and say something too.

Doesn't measure up to other locations. Ordered my drink with foam on top and she proceeded to tell me they couldn't do that. Then she asked me how to do it. Needless to say my drink didn't have foam even though other locations do with no issues. My lemon loaf was handed to me in a bag that was wet. I gave it back and she said it must have been set on the counter they were cleaning. Ick

The staff at Starbucks are always amazing. I'm referring to the behind-the-scenes employees who are consistently cheerful, even though I wouldn't hold it against them if they weren't.
