In my opinion, this is the best coffee shop in Boise, ID. They offer exceptional choices and truly embody the third wave coffee movement. While they don’t roast their own beans at the moment, they serve some excellent coffee selections from notable roasters like Ritual and Commonplace. If I lived here, I would visit every day. Great job, keep it up!

If it were possible to take pure joy and satisfaction, blend them into a liquid form, and serve them in generous portions, complete with a touch of warmth that brings butterflies to your stomach, then the drinks at Slow by Slow would be the perfect embodiment of that experience. They are truly fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, including all my friends and even my enemies—because as Jesus teaches, we should love our enemies, and I believe this establishment radiates love through its very stone walls. 10/10!

Slow by slow is fantastic. great experience from beginning to end. they offer an impressive collection of rustles from the usa. the location is at point and the space is beautiful, with the perfect amount of natural light. the team was super friendly, very well known and Alex gave me a great recommendation for a hike in the sawtooths. oh, and so I don't forget. my cortado, cappuccino and casting were on the spot. I will spend time here definitiw when I am in boise.
