Contribuiți la feedbackWe had qdoba on the 4th juli our company party. they have not only delivered to one of the parks of the city at our pavillon, but all furnished: fasen, sterno, spice, etc., great food, good value and excellent service. would definitely recommend for a company function!
I was thinking their chicken tortilla soup was actually going to be a soup but it was more like a bowl with hardly any actual soup in it. I had just had some wonderful chicken tortilla soup from my friend Dan and this just didn't meet that standard. It seems like all of the dishes taste the same. Makes sense.
“Less is more” is the thought that comes to mind when I tried Qdoba for the first time today. I had the steak and shrimp burrito with guacamole, queso, salsa, cheese, etc. All the flavors were rather weak and melded into a “blah” wet burrito. To make things worse the tortillas are just… meh. Something you could get at the supermarket. I think that Qdoba needs to find a few good flavors and encourage choices from that. Their menu just feels so scattered compared to other successful chains. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. If Qdoba is your thing, this is a great location. For me, a Ch burrito is just more satisfying as it accentuates the protein more, and brings more heterogeneity. TL:DR It’s decent but just not my favorite.
I ordered the chicken adobo quesadilla delivered today. I was very disappointed. The chicken was way overcooked and hard to chew. The guacamole was very good!
I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a custom bowl with Adobe chicken, extra chicken, shredded lettuce, fajita veggies corn salsa, tortilla strips, lime rice, queso, and cilantro. The extra chicken that was put on my bowl was old and clearly from the bottom of the pan. I can only describe it as chicken crumbs. And some of the chicken crumbs are crunchy. The serving of the shredded lettuce is so small that I can count the lettuce. There are 6 pieces of shredded lettuce. 6.... When I called and began to politely explain the situation to the manager I was met with impatience and annoyance. As I was explaining the situation the manager continuously interrupted me. Until I sternly asked to please stop interrupting me. When I was finally able to get all of the information out the manager told me I would have to get a refund from Uber Eats. I explained that I dont want a refund. I would like my food made with better quality and replaced. Then the manager said, so you want a refund and you food replaced? . Again, I informed him that, I dont want a refund, I would just like my food replaced. . And as the manager was taking my information he repeated the info back to me in a condescending tone with clear annoyance. I enjoy Qdoba 's food and will most likely eat it again. But not from this location and not soon. I have worked in the food and service industry for more than a decade and I completely understand the challenges of dealing with customer complaints. And that 's why I always speak with respect and understanding whenever I need to inform an employee of a messed up order or poor quality of food. This manager needs to be retrained in customer service. He is obviously on his last straw and unable to deliver good customer service. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of food and customer service with this location. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you have a good day. Edit: I would also like to inform you that I no longer want my meal replaced. So please remove my info from the list. I am pursuing a refund from Uber Eats. Thank you.
