Wow, this place absolutely nailed it with their poke! The spicy ahi traditional poke reminded me of home (Honolulu, HI). I’ve found my new favorite spot for poke in Boise. #cheeeehuuuu

I absolutely love this place! I visited when I wasn't feeling well and was hoping for some soup. The gentleman behind the counter reassured me that Miso would be added to the menu soon. I want to highlight how kind and patient he was with me on my first visit. He really made me feel comfortable without rushing me at all. Keep up the great teamwork, everyone!

Best place for poke in all of ID. It always tastes fresh and never disappoints. The owner is there every time and always recognizes me, he is super very friendly and cares about his business and customers. Great atmosphere too! Love Paddles up.
