Seriously understaffed. My mocha coffee tastes like hot water. I 'm not even sure if there is coffee or mocha in it. I rarely ever leave bad reviews. I could tell that the person who took my order was extremely stressed, and she was also alone.

Horrible experience this morning. I was the only one in the drive through. The brunette barista not only took a long time to make my ICED coffee (I was a barista, doesn’t take more than a minute) she took a while….and then the moment she took my money and punch card, she took both and never gave my card back so she took my half punched card I didn’t notice until I got to work.After that, she was waiting less than a few seconds to give me my food….she was so rude and impatient so she left my food on the cold drive through too and said I’m leaving this here, I have other customers.I’m sorry, what…..?! I’ve waiting on her for 10 minutes at least while she had attitude the whole time, and she couldn’t wait two minutes to wait for me to put my change away before she left my food out of reach for me to grab AND took my punch card and never gave it back.I’m not a Karen this is literally the second time I’ve ever complained about anything from a food place, but employees need to realize that it’s one customer at a time. Your new customers could wait. I was there first and I don’t expect to be brushed off.Completely rude. The staff needs to brush up on their manors. I don’t come pay to be treated like that.

Breakfast burrito was very mediocre. The salsa that came with it was from NEW YORK CITY, I’m certain.

Whenever we are in town I have to stop by and grab a white chocolate mocha! Still the best after 20 years!
