Went to Koenig winery for a tasting today, and the Melt food truck was out front. Good thing too, we had already been to another winery and needed some lunch, which is sparse in Idaho wine country. Split a 3 peaks melt with the squeeze, and added the pastrami. With cheddar, provolone an mozzarella cheeses, it was great. Another slice of pastrami would have made it 6 star. No pics dammit, gobbled it up, still in Thanksgiving mode. The kind of sammie you'd want Rachel Reynolds to make you after a late morning shower. We'll, for me anyways.

Melt catered our open house event and they were amazing! Everyone absolutely loved their food and they were very nice. I definitely recommend!!
