Little Caesars Pizza - Boise

The pizza I had was quite disappointing. It seemed like the person making it didn't have a good grasp on how to prepare a simple, classic pizza. The crust was uneven, not rolled out properly—some parts were too thick while others were too thin along the edges. Additionally, there wasn't enough sauce, which made the overall flavor lackluster.

The food wasn't hot and ready as expected. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes, and it was a Wednesday—so what's the issue? The man next to me expressed frustration when he opened his box and found it wasn't half and half. Then another customer walked in and asked the same thing: not hot and ready?

This restaurant seems to be either greatly overlooked or poorly managed. The wait times are excessively long. Unless you have plenty of time to spare, I would recommend choosing a different place to eat.

THIS Little Ceasers really failed tonight! My daughter and her husband went to The Broadway location to get a couple of Mothers Day pizzas. Should be easy enough. NOPE they waited 40 minutes to then be told they had lost the pizza. The employee had told them 10 min and so at 40 min they requested a refund. The manager was called to authorize this and said there was nothing that he could do in the form of a refund. That was a poor choice on his part. So my family and I got no dinner and no Mothers Day celebration. Little Ceasers kept there prior pizza payment of 30 dollars. I will not return as a customer.
