Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria - Boise

I really enjoyed the keto crust and the variety of unique pizza options at this restaurant. The pick 2 option was great because I was able to try a gourmet salad and a specialty pizza at once.

The pizza at this restaurant is good, but the pickup/take out service is terrible. I was told on the phone that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, so I arrived 20 minutes later. However, I ended up waiting an additional 35 minutes in the restaurant for just one pizza. The restaurant was not very busy inside or outside, yet other customers who arrived after me received their food before me. I was disappointed that the hostess did not offer any compensation for the long wait, just a simple apology. I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was in Naples, Italy recently and had awesome pizza. Flatbread really is the closest you can get. I love it. Salads are awesome, too!

We were greeted warmly upon entering and seated promptly. However, we waited over 7 minutes with my children without anyone taking our drink order. Ultimately, we decided to leave. This restaurant used to be my favorite Flatbread, but the service has been lacking lately.

The pick two lunch special is always a great meal. The pizzas are fresh, delicious and the crust and marinara sauce are perfect together.
