Del Taco - Boise

Regardless of their efforts, they always succeed in disappointing. I also noticed that the portions have decreased while the prices for extras like salad, cilantro, guacamole, etc. have increased. And even when you do get the extras, they seem to skimp on the amount. That's unacceptable!

I always order the same soft chicken tacos and fries at this restaurant, and they are always delicious. The only issue was that they needed more seasoning. The thinner ground beef tasted a little too bland for my liking, but overall the chicken tacos and fries were delicious.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The customer service was bad, the food was cold, and the burritos were not properly rolled. The chicken guacamole dish was cold, stale, and crunchy. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Brian and carter were there with themselves today and they were not rude, they were amazing with their customer service and they had it so fast and it was so packed because everything was so broken and they just had a smile on the face and each order was perfect five stars

Went to this del taco at 10:30, lights were on, but no one talked through the speaker, we figured they were probably closed so we drove through, then saw some employees run inside from there car when they saw us. So we drove back through and sat there watching the employees scrambling behind the counter, but they still never acknowledged us after several minutes, so we left.
