Chili's Grill - Boise

Nice and polite ladies. Pretty dining area and bar.

The waitress was friendly and the drinks were enjoyable. I ordered a well-done steak, and it was clearly microwaved—not appetizing at all. It was chewy and had an unpleasant odor. If the restaurant can't cook steaks to meet various preferences, they shouldn’t offer them on the menu. The menu is extensive, but it doesn’t reflect the high-quality food I expected in all the dishes.

I sat at the bar and my bartender was Brooklyn. I ordered the chicken wings, and the drumsticks were impressively large and not boiled. The manager, Manny, overheard me mention "Brooklyn divorce" and came over immediately. He not only addressed my concerns but also took the wings off my bill, which was beyond what I expected. I have to say, I wasn't particularly impressed with the wings in general; sometimes it just happens that way. Thank you again, Brooklyn and Manny! When I return to Boise, I will definitely come back to see both of you.

I hadn’t been to Chili's in 20 years, but I recently visited their location after leaving Boise State, and I will definitely go back the next time I’m in a city with a Chili's. I enjoyed a chicken sandwich, chips and salsa, and their special margaritas. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming.

The server did an excellent job, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our experience. I remember that Chili's typically has better food quality, but both my wife and I found the food to be below par. Additionally, the beer was warm, and the air conditioning was clearly not functioning properly.
