Alia's Coffee House - Boise

Decent, if not light chew on the 'NY style ' bagels. The Manhattan is your classic bagel lox, for $9. Get there early, the Everything bagel runs out. They also do a nice scallion

I stumbled on this quaint and spacious coffee house walking downtown Boise. The staff are passionate and super friendly. Food was good. Got a Westerner on a Parm Bagel that was delicious. The leading lady here is the coffee! Got the Ooh Lala Cinnamon latte and it was one of the best lattes I've ever had. Will be back again.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. My partner and I go a few times a week and all of the staff are friendly. I love the overall vibe and decor with the addition to the lovely jazz music I hear playing some mornings. The drinks are great, the bagels are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and taste like they were made with love. The cream cheese is delicious, too! As an NYC native, I’m all about packing on that cream cheese. I look forward to trying everything else on the menu. I also appreciate their efforts in keeping people safe during the pandemic and explicitly state their stance on inclusivity as you walk in.

Delicious bagel sandwiches, nice roomy dining area. Also, this has felt like a very safe space during the pandemic as it's easy to distance yourself from no other diners and masks are required for entry and ordering. I appreciate that the owner cares about the community.

I love the local art almost as much as the coffee and food! The Manhattan Morning is my favorite with the dark and spicy mocha. The fresh art just put out looks perfect for the holidays
