Contribuiți la feedbackFinally a steakhouse with a clever steak selection. there are also rumpsteaks, hipsteaks and filetsteaks like in almost any other steakhouse in the opposite, but there are also fancy beef cuts like the Tomahawk-Steak, Porterhouse/T-Bone or flatiron and chuckeye as you can only find them in good steak houses in the usa. at my last visit at the porterhouse in radolfzell in Germany I decided to have a flatiron steak with bratkartoffeln and speckbohnen. I have to say the meat was excellent, really delicious, cooked on the point medium. I also liked the supplements. the ambiente in the porterhouse was very cozy, the rustic facility has come a bit into the years, but you feel right well. my beer was served quickly, and there were still free brot variations with a kind of tomatenbutter or something. I had to wait a little longer for my dinner, but I had also a little bit bad and came to the restaurant shortly after a larger group. I will definitely come more often from schaffhausen to porterhouse to radolfzell!
We made the mistake of going to this restaurant (radolfzell) on Sunday. the service (probably the cook itself because such an operation never behave and never behave) was very inconspicuous and vulnerable. for drinking we had to wait 15min, the missing cutlery was after the 3rd call after 45 min. at least once. but that was not all, we ate after the swallow 100min. the steak was barely served with sauce on the teller and the beautiful 10min later. while eating the other meat was really black grilled and the rest could also be forgotten. the only thing that was reasonably edible was the pommes. the restaurant is a better pommesbude, otherwise nothing. the dönerimbis opposite is a pure gourmet restaurant with fantastic excursions. By the way, we were not the only ones who complained this evening, they even went prematurely because they had full the nose. as here the good reviews have come to me, is a riddle, . .. by the way, because of the pandemic there are strict rules for the restaurant. Except that the services had a mask, we had not noticed any of the rules. what is with registration, etc. from another restaurant we have learned that the more pächter has changed ....
We were only one night in radolfzell and went early in the evening to porterhouse (unregistered). although fully booked found another place for us. the Steak card absolutely versatile, the environment very beautiful, the service top. after a short time our drinks stood on the table and the food didn't wait long. the filets on the point cooked and absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we live almost 400km away, otherwise we would definitely be more hospitable. highly recommended!
We had a table for 2 for Saturday night. the restaurant was filled to the last place. despite the fully equipped restaurants and the resulting waiting period, the steaks were again very good, absolutely top, here is not quickly roasted meat, but placed on quality. many thanks for the good service and the delicious food. we're coming back.
Too little salad sauce, but fine
