Pizza Hut - Boca Raton

We arrived and found that our order was missing the breadsticks. To make matters worse, the cashier insisted that the order was correct. We ended up waiting over 15 minutes for the rest of our food, and by the time it arrived, it was cold! There’s a reason this place gets just 3 stars.

We had some of the best, freshest, and hottest pizzas we've enjoyed in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, which made the experience even better. We really appreciated the $6.99 price for two medium pizzas with one topping, especially during these challenging times. We're looking forward to better days ahead!

I ordered a pizza, and it never arrived. The estimated delivery time was 25 minutes, but I ended up calling three times, and after waiting 10 minutes, no one answered. After 45 minutes, I finally reached someone who told me that DoorDash had delivered my pizza. However, I never received it. Now, it's been over an hour since I placed my order, and I'm really hungry and frustrated. It's ridiculous that a pizza place can’t pick up the phone.

Some of the worst customer service ever. After waiting over an hour for our delivery; I call to check on estimated time and then I was told my order was cancelled and they wont delivery to my area. the manager himself was extremely rude as he was telling me they don't delivery to my area after they delivered to my neighbors just last week. I will never order from Pizza Hut again....
