Contribuiți la feedbackFirst cashier kept change from monies. Then ordered pizza for dine in at 6:12, saw people getting food that had ordered after me went to counter had pizza for pickup. Food would have been good but pizza was luke warm, not hot. Hopefully next time better experience.
I went there with my grandma today and we ordered. Large veggie pizza and two drinks. I got our drinks and waited patiently for 45 minutes. Grandma and the people on the table next to us both accused me of annoying her about waiting, but I said: No, I've been working on pizza places before, I know how hectic it can be about eating.? Some of the places I worked had taken an hour in such cases, so how long I waited before I finally went on and asked how much longer it would be on our order. They had finished it, but it went up, took it from the warmer, and put it in the back of the store because they thought no one would claim it, and never harassed to call the name on the order. I heard every time they smelled something. I expect them to say? It will be reduced as we have to wait you for another half hour?, or at least SOME way to make changes that made this kind of crazy mistakes, but no. Just a flat, cold? Here are your options: Remake or refund.? I said good. ll take the refund, but I was not happy to be treated like that. You didn't even refund our drinks! Just the pizza. I told them I wasn't back, and the lady told me? I don't appreciate your attitude. Good! I have never received this rude treatment in my life when I tried to be a good, patient customer. Nothing in this world will pull me back through these doors. Your food is too expensive anyway!
Ordnete club grinder and should have everything on it and had only the meat on it and should have extra Mayo on it and had NO mayo on it. Also thier site said Curbside Pickup available, which was the only reason I ordered, and they said NO WE DON'T DO THAT. Definitely NOT worth the price.
The food is so good, the workers are very friendly and my family and I love it. One of the best places to eat. Good work.
I've been a manager at the Bluefield VA site for about 2 years, and I've been busy there for longer. I gave myself everything to be a fortune for business. I received an offer from elsewhere that they did not fit and I could not turn off to offer the best for my family. I gave and stayed for a notice period. I received the last paylist 12/21 and was informed at that time that, although I had worked very hard for the whole year, I would not get the Christmas bonus that each manager was given by giving a technique like the reason. I've never been disregarded by an employer. I expected a lot better from Mike and Phil. This is one of the reasons why you cannot find or keep good employees, they will not thrive if they are not respected and appreciated. You won't get my hard-earned money anymore. Merry Christmas.
