Good coffee fast service.. I go here almost every morning

Went in and tried to get coffee, stood at the counter for a few minutes a couple ladies stood there and talked never acknowledged me, I was back out, found it highly disrespectful, they didn't even look like they cared.

Ordered on the app, pulled around per driver thru attendant, once I got there he roamed around like he was lost for about 3 minutes then came to the window, told me my drinks would be just a moment. 3 minutes later he said just pull forward and I will bring them out. Now next to him I see two coffee that are already made on the rack, which I assumed were mine since I ordered head, but he pulled me forward.So fast forward 13 minutes multiple cars go through and they get thier drinks immediately, and I am still waiting. So I go in, the gentleman working looks at me and said name, I told him again, and the other working said they are right there on the shelf Made them 20 minute's ago. When I said something to him we all learn from our mistakes, no apology for me waiting 20 minutes no nothing.
