Ando Japanese Restaurant And Sushi Bar

I was looking for a large Japanese restaurant in Cincy forever and Ando far exceeded expectations. I've been here a few times, try sushi, various appetizers, don, ramen, a delicious Bento with Tempoura, and the DESSERTS! The Matcha cheesecake was fantastic! So light and refreshing. It made me feel safe healthy (it is still cheesecake, sooooo probably just a feeling) but every bite of each plate was worth it. And also finding fresh sushi in the Middle West was life-changing. (Only Sushi I can eat here, but that's okay. Overall value). The whole food is an artwork for the tongue and the eye. I can't imagine being disappointed here. Expand your comfort zone and try something new! I can't wait to go back.

This is in good distance the best Japanese restaurant in the Greater Cincinnati region. A passion for food, translated into excellent preparation and presentation. Daily specialties and often inventive combinations. Tremendous benton boxes and fine sushi.

My favorite Japanese place! The food is amazing. The freshest sushi everywhere. Love the black cod.

Had another great meal there on Sunday a Sushi and Sashimi dinner plate with another amazing dessert; the Fig something Torte. Always ask them about Chiaki sans desserts.
