Wendy's - Bloomington

The restaurant was quite busy, with long lines both in the drive-thru and inside. I placed my order during the first round. I found that the food was better on two occasions, but one of the sandwiches that I got, which was supposed to be simple, ended up being overloaded.

The service was quicker this time, but they forgot the fries from one of my combos. When I finally got to the park to enjoy my sandwich, I found the tomatoes to be overly ripe and soggy. Unfortunately, this wasn't my best experience at Wendy's. Usually, the food is cooked to order and served fresh. On a positive note, Wendy's offers excellent kids' meals, available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, which come with great toys that encourage creativity—a fun way for kids to build and play. As for parking, it's decent and accessible for disabled individuals.

This Wendy's typically provides a good experience. Occasionally, we've noticed a lack of BBQ sauce, but I really appreciate the morning team. There's also a little trick with the menu that I would recommend.

This place was great earlier, but not now. Drive-Thru is incredibly slow, 25 minutes the last time I was there. in addition, the staff at the order is not friendly. my mother I take care of loves her chile, but the last three times I ordered chile that they were out. her love to her chile is the only reason why I sat 25 minutes in the drive-thin line. I could understand when it was late, but it wasn't. all the things that are considered eating are still good, but the waiting time and the unfriendly staff do not make it worth it. I guess I will try the wendy’s on the 2nd street and hope it is a more positive experience.

Line staff cared more about gossiping then working. Male cashier was less than welcoming. He wasn't wearing uniform and acted as if we were inconveniencing him taking our order.
