Pasticceria Italia - Bloomfield

Pasticceria italian baker is good, but very expensive. I paid $7,00 for 10 cookies that were just okay. I'll try something else again.

I love getting a cupcake here for birthday or two. They won't be disappointed. You can actually order cake in advance. But I prefer the cupcakes

Whatever you do, don't order food. had lunch there and it was the worst food I ever had. The food tasted old and was overcooked.

I've been here for years. the lobsters are the best, but all they choose is guaranteed delicious!

Peanut butter cupcake good, Boston cream cupcake lousy and stale--even had that stale taste. The filling was equally as bad, dry and disgusting. The young lady behind the counter, as another reviewer had stated, was rude, and would not come over to the case when I was looking at the pastry, even though many of the items were not labeled, so I didn 't know what they were. When I asked about one of the cupcakes, she snapped at me it 's Boston cream! Perhaps a forewarning that it was going to be as terrible as it was. I felt like saying well, if you moved your lazy you know what to assist the customer, you wouldn 't have to yell from the other side of the room... anyway, two cupcakes, one very mini cannoli, and one piece of pineapple coconut cake, which was nothing special and had that imitation, sugary, disgusting cream on it $18.00. Sorry, I won 't be coming back here...Coincidentally, this place is not an Italian bakery pastry shop. If you want authentic Italian pastry, go to Federal Hill in Providence, RI.
