Food Lion - BLAKELY

This restaurant is fantastic since its renovation. It's so much better than Piggly Wiggly! However, the prices are a bit on the high side.

While there are some positive aspects, there are definitely a few drawbacks as well. The prices can be on the higher side, so it’s wise to pay attention to expiration dates on products. I've also observed that many of the younger cashiers tend to display passive-aggressive behavior, and I’ve overheard them discussing customers after they’ve left the store, which feels unprofessional. Furthermore, I've encountered poor bagging practices, such as placing vegetables with meats or mixing cleaning supplies with food items, as well as putting heavy items in the same bag as fragile products like bread or bananas.

By the way, the bone-in thick cut pork chops are incredibly tender. When I say tender, I really mean pork. We've got to start Poke-Chop Fridays in Blakely! Who’s with me? Anyone on Facebook? I’m not; I’m all about Harvey’s Yelp! I’m loving the Harvey’s Yelp Networking. Just a quick update after my second day here: Do you guys sell turn signal fluid? Someone in Blakely really needs to stock this; it’s shocking how no one has it available. I drive around town, and it seems everyone is out of turn signal fluid. It's a crisis! While I’m at it, those 10 for $10 deals are amazing! But the BOGOs are even better! When my wife can grab two boxes of Captain Crunch with Berries, it warms my heart, especially knowing those boxes will likely gather dust in my cabinet. Win-win! Keep doing your thing, Mr. Harvey. Forget those Pig Goers across town. Team Green!!! Team Green!!! Team Green!!!

I wasn't particularly impressed with the prices; they seemed a bit steep, almost like I was shopping at Whole Foods, yet without the same quality. On the bright side, I was delighted to discover that they offer gluten-free options!
