Dairy Queen - BLAKELY

Updated September 12th, 2022. I just left the Dairy Queen in Blakely, Georgia about 15 minutes ago with a bag that was scalding hot. I could barely touch the hamburger because it was so hot, and I had to wait around 15 minutes for it to cool down enough to take it out of the bag. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no vegetables, but it was packed with them instead. I had a feeling something was off when I finally picked up the burger and noticed how thick it was and could smell the lettuce. I ended up having to pull over to the side of the road to remove all the soggy vegetables from my burger. The fries were burnt and clearly overcooked in the grease. I'm extremely disappointed with this visit. To make matters worse, I asked for one pack of ketchup and the girl at the window gave me at least eight. This location struggles to follow basic instructions, so I recommend that anyone who orders from here double-checks their food before leaving. I've eaten here several times in the past and had decent experiences, but this visit ranks as possibly my worst Dairy Queen experience ever—I’ve been to Dairy Queen over 100 times in my life. When you spend nearly $20 on lunch, you expect it to be good.

The food is okay at times when I go but I ordered 2 small ice creams (blizzards) and when I get to the drive thru and my friend says hey ma'am in a respectful way this is the wrong order she goes Huh and looks at us with a attitude and says this is whatyou ordered until another lady said no they had the 2 blizzards. I'm glad she changed her attitude afterwards and says have anice day and sorry which is a kindly manner but actions speak louder than words you should of had the same energy before butexcept you were rude the first time..

The staff there are extremely rude, and I cannot recommend the food; it just isn't good anymore.

Wish I could leave zero stars. We will never I and I mean never return to this location we went in looked at the menu and decided what we wanted. Never getting the usual Welcome to Dairy Queen or anything like that. We got. What you want weplaced our order and the cashier responded with that it we paid and went to find somewhere to sit. It took us three tables tofind something clean enough to sit at that wasn 't sticky or food remnant covered. Had to go back up to get our drink cups towhich I was greeted with what you want now got our food fairly quickly but the food matched the staffs attitude. Lousy. Fromnow on when se want DQ we will go to Dothan not Blakely.

The food was delicious, but the air conditioning was not functioning. Another customer mentioned that it hasn't been working for weeks.
