Kicho Japanese - Black Rock

We thought the first dish of assorted sashimi was miniscule. We make this comment having experienced many Japanese restaurants. There were 4 people dining, with three very small tastes each. The rest of our meal was very enjoyable. The restaurant was very noisy and used dishes were left on the table for long periods of time.

The service was attentive and friendly. the food was delicious and very well presented. we shared a series of plates, including the tacos, bao, kaarage huhn and yakitori. we will definitely be back (if only try the tropical cream brûlée)

This was my second visit and eating was as good as I had remembered I will not leave it as between visiting in future. my daughter had a food allergy and it was no problem to adjust the menu "feed me" to accommodate this.

It was a bit hot and a bit too loud, but different from that. amazing

Second time at kicho. love eating. the service started well, but young workers seem very relaxed and talked slow themselves and did not find them around enough to notice who might have to attend. was hard to get their attention in such a small environment. we added some dishes and they needed a long time to come for chips and a bao. I'd still live to go back, because the food is delicious and well done. highly recommended.
