Waiting time without warranty at least one hour. On a Wednesday outside the holiday season. So a second start to the Italians. Here the operator died a few weeks ago. The restaurant team had announced in the press to continue the restaurant in the sense of the deceased. Actually, the restaurant should have been open, but it wasn't. So another try. The restaurant De ole Döns was open. Service We were kindly greeted and could choose a free place in the restaurant. The service immediately brought the food and drink menu and picked up the beverage requests. A special request was met immediately. The two operators were extremely careful at work. Only when we were cleared we were asked if the food tasted. I would have expected this in the meantime. Food The menu and drink menu offers a more than rich selection (drink card 16 pages!, beverage card 5 pages as well as ice card 2 pages). Heides specialities and seasonal dishes are also offered here. On large slate tables, dishes are also offered in front of the restaurant. The menu is too extensive and too confusing as well as too restless. We chose the following dishes: Broccoliröschen, Champignons in spicy sauce baked with cheese and potato roast as well as for the senator pot (three medallions of pork on peas, carrots with a sauce Hollandaise, roast potatoes and mirror egg. The Broccoli was bite-resistant and well tasted. The potato roast were nicely chessed and not greasy, from the spicy sauce there was little. The three mewdaillons were thin but not dry, but properly prepared to the point. The roasted potato slices were thin but not roasted. Nevertheless, they were tastefully good. The peas and carrots were very good, not mushy. Where was the Sauce Hollandaise? Otherwise, the senator pot was tastefully good and more than sufficient from the crowd. Ambiente The restaurant is located directly on the main street. Dier street front is framed with red geraniums, which, at the moment, are wonderfully full of flowering. There is a parking lot on the left of the restaurant. On the right is a beautiful beer garden, which is equipped with plastic chairs and tables with plastic tablecloths as well as parasols. The Restauarnt is held in the interior rustic The chairs are covered with dark brown artificial leather. The tables are covered with red white fabric tablecloths with white paper semi-trailers. Salt and pepper shakers and a candle are on the tables. Two flower buckets on rollers serve as space dividers. Typical heath images hang on the walls. The discreet lighting is realized by wall lamps. The dark wooden beam ceiling contrasts with the white wall paint. The Döns was in earlier times the best room that was used and heated only for special occasions. Cleanliness The whole makes a neat impression price/performance reasonable conclusion Such an extensive map that quickly served the dishes and drinks, and the prices for steak dishes in relation to the given size, awaken my habit. We didn't try the steak dishes. Everything else was impeccable. We couldn't find a hair in the soup. Not tasteful, nor quality.

Typical German kitchen. beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and eating really very tasty. good prices.
After a day when we visited the house on the dach, we arrived at this place at the afternoon. The typical picturesque restaurant has German traditional dishes. it was a bit overpriced for the quality of food, but ok to enjoy the environment. I enjoyed coming with our dog.
