Season's Cafe - Bismarck

Terrible and gross. Had a friend stay there who is the process of moving and this is the summary: They will find anyway to make money off you whether accuse you of damaging a damaged room or refusing to let you check out and be refunded due to the miserable conditions of the hotel. Btw phones in the room DO NOT call out, and staff don’t know how to transfer an incoming call to your room “we don’t do that” Mold Leaking ceilings Will over book and take your stuff out of your room and kick you out. How is this place still open?

Reserved a room. Found a cheaper room closer to event. Forgot to cancel room at Bismarck Hotel. Charged $132.00 for room that we did not stay in. Management unsympathetically said they couldn’t do nothing about it.

I wish there was a review lower than a one. They are to be open on Mondays at 7 and it is almost 8 and all is dark. The front desk is sullen and will not answer questions. Never again will I stay at the hotel and try to eat here.

Menu was restricted to simple buffet. I was looking forward to published

Love this place for breakfast. Good breakfast menu and they dont price gouge.Also, they had quick and friendly service.
