Gloria Jean's Coffees Red Carpet Carwash I

During my recent visits for ice cream, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the hard serve ice cream. It was much too soft, resembling more of a soft serve than what I expected. It seems like your freezer may not be working properly, and I would recommend servicing it. Additionally, the serving size has changed; both times I received ice cream that was level with the top of the waffle cone instead of the rounded scoop I used to enjoy. The service was lacking as well; both times I arrived at 7:30, the staff appeared to be focused on their evening cleaning and didn’t notice that customers were waiting at the counter. Overall, I’m quite disappointed and think I may not return.

The staff seemed a bit reserved, and the place could use some maintenance. The menu has room for more variety. The smoothies were decent, but they did come in generous portions.

The barista was unwelcoming, and the drinks were diluted. This was the worst Madagascar I’ve ever had, and it was pricey for a large size. I ordered an iced peach tea, but it was so watered down that it had no flavor at all. I won’t be returning. As for parking, it's just mediocre.

See'nz how I actually patronized Happy Joe's pizza, I couldn't say how Gloria Jean's was. On the other hand now, the HJ's pizza was really good and more than I expected. The crust, cheese and fix'ns we're super buttery, cheesy and just the right portions. And lest I forget the price was right on. Overall, an epicurian delight in a manner degree.
