Yim Siam Thai - Bismarck

The Thai food at this restaurant is fantastic. It surpasses many other Thai restaurants I have tried in New York City. The owners, a lovely couple, and the chef, who hails from Thailand, work together to create truly authentic dishes.

I went to Yim Siam for the first time tonight and tried their drunken noodles with a side of egg rolls. It was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it.

This restaurant is only for take out, there is no dine-in option. We ordered the following items: The egg rolls were just okay, I would rate them a 3 out of 10. The Moo Tot pork riblets were amazing and I would give them a 10 out of 10, I loved them! The sweet and sour stir fry was good, I would rate it an 8 out of 10. The Nua Nam Tok had a new taste that I didn't really like, so I would give it a 3 out of 10. It didn't have much of a kick to it, but you can request one if you like. The Massaman curry was just okay, I would rate it a 4 out of 10. Next time, we will probably try ordering the noodles instead.

Food was delicious! We got Chicken Pad Thai and egg rolls...both great. The pad Thai was a perfect hint of spicy for me. They also give peppers on the side to add if wanted. The noodles weren't greasy and had great flavor. The gentleman is so nice too! Highly recommend!!

The food at this restaurant is excellent and authentic. It was very delicious! The portion sizes are a bit small for the price, but still worth it. The service was top-notch. This place is perfect for a take-out lunch option. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Papaya Salad.
