Urban Espresso and Wine - BIRTINYA

This caffe is well hidden from the street at the back of a private hospital. there is a pleasant view over the lake (if you can see the right way! and very quiet as it is well away from the road. we have asked our coffee... “hot” and it has certainly arrived very hot. the menu is not big, but covers quite easy to interesting eg haloumi with cauliflower, dukkha and relish.

Today marked the first day for the new owners, Annalis and Anthony Broad, at the cafe, now known as Urban Food. The brunch was exceptional, featuring a delicious start page of granola with fresh fruits and yogurt, followed by fried eggs with baked tomatoes and speck. The coffee was also a new brand and fantastic. It seems like everything was baked on-site. These talented young chefs, who recently arrived from WA, are truly amazing. I am excited to try more of their creations in the future.

I ordered a skim mocha and had a great time chatting with the friendly staff. They made me feel very welcome.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this café. The breakfast was served with a smile and the quality of service was excellent. The food was delicious.

Wow it is five years since we have been here and believe me they have the best carrot cake and coffees ever. Great service with a lovely smile. Well done guys
