Decisions Cafe - BIRTINYA

This place lacked one thing only a high chairWowsers Super awesome food, like literally using super foods.

We visited midweek around mid afternoon and there were 3 people on duty and 2 tables with 2 clients each already served. We approached the counter to order and were totally ignored for a good 3 minutes when the chap looked up and told me he would be with us soon and continued doing what he was doing. Another client who had joined us in the queue left at that moment shaking her head. We carried on waiting and were eventually served after at least 5 minutes waiting. Ordered coffees and cakes. The coffees were great but the cakes one was so tasteless that we could not finish it. Hard as stone. This was our first and last visit. The response from all 3 on duty was appalling, considering that the Cafe was virtually empty at the time. I would have thought that, however busy they may have been, at least one of the 3 on duty should have promptly attended to the two sets of waiting clients, to ensure that these clients felt welcome and acknowledged. When the other client left, my wife also wanted to leave and it took a while to convince her to give them the benefit of the poor fist impression since this was our first visit.

Flippin amazing food!! Expect it to be super busy on weekends. We ordered coffees as soon as we sat down, then went in and ordeded food after looking at the menu. Line out the door to order but the food seriously makes up for it!! The team who cook and serve us are always great and nothing is a big deal. I had the pork belly eggs benedict today and still cant believe how good it was. Ive also had the steak sanga and can say im now addicted to their junk menu!!

Shocking coffee!! Had a hair in my chips!!!! When I told them I was only offered a fresh batch!!! Half of my money back would of been nice thanks!!!!I wouldn't of wanted another serve of the chips, they were terrible and $9 is a rip off!!!We won't be back

I've been to decisions a number of times and have always had the same experience. The food is lovely but not good enough to put up with the poor customer service. The tables are always dirty, and the prior customers dirty dishes, cups etc not cleared.On 2 occasions when I ordered I was told there would be a 45 minute wait, the staff were visibly disappointed when I decided to order! On one occasion the food came out within 10 minutes anyway. On the other occasion the food came out relatively quickly but we sat waiting for 15 minutes for coffees when we'd already eaten.On the plus side the food is great, and the one time our food was brought out by the chef it was the friendliest service we'd had. They also brought out a bowl of water for our dog.I really wanted to like this place, it's close to home, I can take my dog and they offer a 10% discount with my gym membership. But the customer service is simply too bad unfortunately.
