Brae Restaurant - BIRREGURRA

Brae is one of Australia's best restaurants and also places in worldwide top 100 lists.

Brae opened in 2013 by Dan Hunter is a modern Australian restaurantBrae means a hillside or a gentle slope.

To say that this meal was the most memorable that I had out down under would be an understatement.

For that special occasion or just to treat yourself to something amazing then you must experience this restaurant. Not only is the food a taste sensation, its also had exceptional presentation. The staff are friendly, informative and efficient, they are like a well oiled team, delivering our dishes at the same time ( there were 4 of us) and even pouring respective sauces together. Hats off to the chefs who you could see working away in the kitchen. We had the luxury of staying in the suites that are on the property and so glad we did. We couldn't fault the rooms. Home away from home.

We've been following Dan for a while now, since Damian and I were in our honeymoon period 6 years ago, our first encounter of his cooking was at Royal Mail to now, an experience at Brae that just keeps getting better and better. Thanks so much Dan to you and your team - for all the amazing food, but importantly memories that will last a lifetime!!
